To Titus Flavius Valentinus, son of Titus, of the Papiria tribe, Roman knight, flamen and duumviralis of the colony, prefect of the pastures, patron of the guild of craftsmen of the colonies of Oescus and Apulum, patron of the colony of Ulpia Oescus, good citizen and lover of the republic. The splendid order (has set up this monument) from its own money for his merits towards the republic.
